The goal of the project was to build a cottage settlement in the popular tourist resort of Vardane.

The Sochi district is the largest health resort in Russia and the center for international tourism following the winter olympics.

The main idea of ​​the Golden Globe cottage was in creating a harmonious and tranquil living environment.

 

Individual housing was constructed as well as parks, recreational area equipped with pavilions, benches and illuminated footpaths. The Golden Globe cottage provides full landscaping and provision of all necessary utilities for year-round living in the complex.
