After the successful completion of the Main Domizil apartments, STEY intended to expand the development through a realization of an exclusive Wellness Spa at the front of the very tip of the man-made island.

 

The concept foresees a realization of 1400 sqm. of spa and wellness areas with private spa-suites, fitness area, water zones as well as a restaurant.

Construction, in coalition with CityWorks, began in 2012. The location was later successfully sold to Qatar based investors.
